Christianity vs Darwinism in Education

The result of rejecting Christianity and replacing it with Darwinism, exemplified in the life of the ardent evolutionist Michael Ruse, has been disastrous. Ruse writes that his conclusion was: “You are born. You live. Then you die. In the end, you know truly that it doesn’t mean a thing.” What a pathetic feeling to have at the end of one’s life!

In the end, Ruse’s attempt to determine if Darwinism is a religion that will satisfy mankind’s craving for justice, love, purpose and meaning concludes: “[T]he Darwinian world is a bleak world, indeed.”

On the other hand, Atomic Biology is not religion. It is pure science, supported by research, experiment, experience, logic, common sense and history. It gives us reasons to appreciate how much we are cared for by our reliable Creator, Sustainer, Maintainer, Advisor, Friend and Mentor. What a great difference!

Belief in evolution as the cause of life requires immense faith, for we know how brilliant and complex life is; this makes evolution as much a religion as any other belief requiring faith.

The huge difference is that the proponents of evolution have managed to arrange for teachers and professors to be the preachers of their religion, and to use our public schools, colleges and universities as their churches. This should be illegal!

Revisiting The Christian Mind
